Frank Lampard is about to play his biggest game for Chelsea.  And likely his final game for Chelsea.

Reports from Rome to Rotherham suggest that the Chelsea stalwart has already agreed to a contract with Inter Milan.

The Daily express in England is reporting that Lampard will leave Chelsea immediately after the Champions League Final in Moscow for the remarkably reasonable transfer fee of $15 million.

Amazing that Chelsea is facing such significant turnover after finishing two points behind United in the Premier League, and reaching the Champions League and Carling Cup finals.
